Jennifer Schneider I was born in a tiny most northern town in Minnesota, but spent most of my childhood and teen years in Kingman, AZ. Whenever referring of home, I still consider Kingman, AZ my hometown. I’ve spent the last 19 almost 20 years working for the National Park Service, specifically Bighorn Canyon National Recreational Area in Lovell, WY and the Bureau of Land Management in Belle Fourche, SD. Most of this time was spent working to develop a top rate and nationally recognized Youth Program within the park where I was employed. I also spent a good deal of time project writing, or in layman’s terms, writing grants to fund projects within our park. My educational background lies in the fields of Forestry and Environmental Science, but within that scope, my heart pulls me towards youth development and being a part of programming that encourages young people to play, learns, serve, and work outdoors. I have had the opportunity to serve on two other boards in the town of Lovell, WY. One was a board to reopen the largest theater in Wyoming, and the other I sat as Chair of the Lovell Arbor Day Committee for many years. I have committed myself in the past to give whatever it takes to convey my love of the environment to youth
